Contact the CSR Team about privacy
For a privacy request, email info@betterwaterheaters.com with the subject “Privacy request”. The CSR Team is the designated contact for these requests.
Describe what you are requesting, such as access to or deletion of your information, or an opt-out from marketing, sale or sharing of personal information. Include a name and a reply email so the team can follow up. Do not send passwords, payment details or identity documents in your initial email.
Opening an email link does not send a request. You must send the email from your email app. This page does not automatically delete records, change cookies or apply an opt-out; no preference has been changed here. A request is not confirmation that an action has been completed.
Contacting the CSR Team or submitting a service inquiry does not enroll you in marketing or SMS.

The service-request form uses your details to respond to your inquiry. When delivery is enabled, it emails the request to Better Water Heaters. It does not enroll you in marketing or SMS, and submitting does not reserve an appointment.
