For a privacy request, email info@betterwaterheaters.com with the subject “Privacy request”. The CSR Team is the designated contact for these requests.
Describe what you are requesting, such as access to or deletion of your information, or an opt-out from marketing, sale or sharing of personal information. Include a name and a reply email so the team can follow up. Do not send passwords, payment details or identity documents in your initial email.
Opening an email link does not send a request. You must send the email from your email app. Emailing does not automatically delete records or change browser cookie choices. Use Cookie settings for this browser. A request is not confirmation that an action has been completed.
Contacting the CSR Team or submitting a service inquiry does not enroll you in marketing or SMS.
