I spoke to two other plumbing companies that day then accepted the quote from Better Water Heaters. The technician Steve Tinnetti arrived a few minutes after 10:00am the appointment time. He did a good job explaining the work, executing the job and removing the old water heater. The job was done efficiently and professionally. The hot water was back on by 3:00pm.
